Connect the tools your team already uses
Slack, Shopify, Linear, Jira and Claude, set up in Settings → Integrations. Each one checks your credentials work before saving them, and stores them encrypted.
Slack
New tickets and SLA breaches post to the channel you pick, about a minute after they happen. Turn either alert off any time.
Shopify
A customer's latest orders, payment status and tracking sit beside their ticket. Turn on one switch and the AI uses order status to answer "where is my order".
Linear and Jira
Turn a ticket into an issue in one click. The issue links back to the ticket and quotes the customer's message, and the link shows on the ticket.
Claude
Ask Claude who has which tickets, what's stuck and how the week went, and have it draft replies for your team to approve. It runs on your Claude plan.
Connect one
- 1Open Settings → Integrations as an owner or admin.
- 2Paste the credential the card asks for: a Slack webhook URL, a Shopify Admin API token, a Linear API key or a Jira API token. The card shows where to find it.
- 3Kerux tests it against the service before saving. Slack gets a test message straight away.
- Integrations are on every plan. The REST API is on Growth and Scale.
- Shopify uses a custom app you create in your store admin, with read access to customers and orders.
- Jira means Jira Cloud (yourname.atlassian.net).
Questions
Owners and admins. Anyone who can reply can create a Linear or Jira issue from a ticket once it's connected.
No. After you save, Kerux shows only the first 8 characters. The full credential is stored encrypted.
Only if you tick "Let the AI use order status and tracking" on the Shopify card. Then it can answer order questions from live data.
In Claude, add a custom connector with the URL shown on the Claude card in Settings → Integrations, then approve on the Kerux screen that opens.
