Live chat on your website, answered by AI on your own key
Paste one line into your site and a chat button appears. Every chat lands in the same Kerux inbox as your email, and the AI answers it under the same rules: from your help center when it's confident, otherwise it hands the chat to your team with a note.
One inbox for chat and email
A chat is a ticket like any other. Assign it, tag it, merge it, report on it. Nobody watches a second tool.
Answered the moment it arrives
The AI picks a chat up as soon as the visitor writes, using your help articles. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person with a note on why.
Reaches them either way
While the visitor has the chat open, replies appear right there. Once they've left, the same reply goes to their email, so no answer is lost.
Your brand, your hours
Set the title, greeting, color and business hours in Settings → Live chat. Outside your hours the chat still takes messages and says the reply will come by email. On phones it opens full screen.
Set it up
- 1In Kerux, open Settings → Live chat and turn the widget on.
- 2Copy the one-line snippet and paste it before </body> on your site, or into your site builder's custom code box.
- 3Set a title, greeting and color, then open your site and send a test message.
- Visitors give a name and email to start, so a reply can reach them after they leave.
- The button shows whenever the widget is on. Outside your business hours it takes messages instead of promising a live reply.
- AI chat answers run on your own AI key, the same as email answers.
Questions
